Chef Rajkumar Holuss brings a Michelin-studded pedigree to the table, having launched his career under the legendary Alain Ducasse. His journey includes celebrated kitchens such as Restaurant Daniel, The Ritz London, and over a decade at the revered three-Michelin-starred Waterside Inn in the UK, working under the late Michel Roux. His classical French training, refined precision, and global flavor sensibility define a career devoted to excellence.
For this one-night-only event, the chefs will present an exclusive five-course tasting menu, with alternating courses crafted by each chef.
