Chef Rajkumar Holuss brings a Michelin-studded pedigree to the table, having launched his career under the legendary Alain Ducasse. His journey includes celebrated kitchens such as Restaurant Daniel, The Ritz London, and over a decade at the revered three-Michelin-starred Waterside Inn in the UK, working under the late Michel Roux. His classical French training, refined precision, and global flavor sensibility define a career devoted to excellence.

For this one-night-only event, the chefs will present an exclusive five-course tasting menu, with alternating courses crafted by each chef. The menu will be inspired by their childhood and true beginnings—an intimate reflection of their personal culinary roots and the paths that shaped their artistry.
